LH, you win. I'm drinking Georgina Puma Gesha right now, and... yeah, this one actually deserves all the hype.

The florals remind me of pear blossoms, with Pink Lady apple-like fruitiness. At first, I thought it tasted like Riesling, but it's actually sweeter—more like a Moscato. There's also a fresh, palate-cleansing green grape note woven throughout. It's an incredibly elegant coffee. I usually describe Peruvian geshas as being like wild horses, and I expected this one to be the same. It's the complete opposite. If I had to compare it to something, it reminds me of Bolero in ballet—refined, graceful, and beautifully composed.

I'm drinking Humure, a washed Red Bourbon from Rwanda, at the moment. Although Humure is exported through Baho, it's a washing station sourced by Sundog, so I think the overall quality is excellent. And this coffee definitely lives up to that. I'm getting notes of ripe apricot, saffron, Chinese black tea, and gooseberry. It has that unmistakably Rwandan profile, but in a very positive way. Even though there seem to be a lot of different flavors going on, the Chinese black tea-like character ties everything together beautifully and gives the cup a really balanced, elegant structure.
