This is probably the first Pink Bourbon I've had from Acevedo since El Mesón, or Villa Betulia (really love coffees from El Mesón).\n\nOverall, it's a good coffee, but the flavor separation isn't quite there. I get passion fruit, mixed berries, lemon, and a cotton candy-like sweetness. On paper, those tasting notes sound fantastic, but they don't come through with enough clarity or definition.
